A day in the life of...
- Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge
- acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations
- Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities and escalate to team lead as necessary
- Coordinate system testing, deployment of new system and services
- Ensure proper documentation of process updates on Standard Routines
- Conduct functional training for employees who are new to the operations (i.e. New hires & transfers)
- Execute validation & reconciliation, prepare control reports for certain critical data/processes
- Gather and analyze transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements

- Has experience in Success Factors, SAP HR/Payroll system experience

- Able to handle pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities
- With strong customer orientation and exceptional commitment to deliver timely & quality service
- has knowledge in PH Payroll
- Exposure on Best Practices implementation within the team
- Can work with minimum supervision
- With good interpersonal skills
- Good training skills
- Willing to be assigned on any shift schedule
