We are hiring Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives for a Telecommunications (Telco) Account. This is a great opportunity for high school graduates who are looking to start a career in the BPO industry. No prior experience is needed — we provide paid training and full support as you begin your journey in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and/or email regarding telco products, services, billing, and troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate and helpful information while maintaining a professional tone.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Document all interactions properly using internal systems.
- Follow communication guidelines and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate (K-12 or Old Curriculum).
- No BPO experience required – fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
