Job purpose

The DCX Client Services Operations Specialist is responsible in analyzing data and evaluating operational processes to drive efficiency and support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include identifying trends, forecasting outcomes using statistical models, and recommending improvements based on data insights. The position also requires preparing clear reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with business objectives.

Duties and responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and drawing insights from complex data sets to support informed business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Skilled at evaluating operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending practical solutions to enhance productivity.
• Problem-solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes, assess risks, and develop effective strategies for improvement.
• Forecasting & Statistical Modeling: Experienced in applying statistical techniques and predictive models to forecast trends and guide business planning.
• Cross-functional collaboration & Communication: Adept at presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders and working collaboratively across departments to ensure cohesive implementation of initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned

What will you do

• Data Analysis Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
• Process Evaluation: Evaluate existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Identify and analyze problems, develop solutions, and recommend strategies to improve operations.
• Forecasting and Modeling: Use statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future outcomes and inform decision-making.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders. Work with crossfunctional teams (e.g., engineers, operations, management) to implement solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.

What we look for

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or a related analytical role.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization, and automation tools (e.g., Power Query, VBA). o Proficient in Excel Macros, including programming in the backend of Excel. (using VBA)
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
