Are you an experienced hospital cashier looking for a rewarding opportunity at a leading healthcare provider? Diliman Doctors Hospital, Inc. is seeking a full-time Hospital Cashier to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing all financial transactions and maintaining accurate records to support the smooth operation of our hospital.
What you'll be doing
1. Performs general cashiering duties such as payment verification, issuing official receipts, receiving payments for Hospital Bills and Doctors Professional Fees.
2. Records all payments made by out-patients and in-patients thru the daily cashiers collection summary report.
3. Updates all patients deposit or running deposit made thru the logbook.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a hospital cashier or in a similar financial role within the healthcare industry
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately process financial transactions
- Excellent customer service orientation, with a professional and empathetic approach to engaging with patients
- Proficiency in using financial software and computer systems to manage patient accounts and billing
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain meticulous financial records
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
