Responsible for carrying out all restaurant services such as dining service, take out service and DPF sales service with the goal of delivering excellent hospitality to all the guest patrons and customers. Ensures that opening and closing procedures for the restaurant are properly executed. Also, performs house keeping functions in the restaurant, as assigned.
