The Night Duty Manager serves as the senior leader on duty throughout the night shift. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations during overnight hours, including guest relations, safety, and financial procedures. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Night Duty Manager ensures hotel standards are maintained and that any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, special requests, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Perform nightly audits and ensure accurate end-of-day financial reporting
- Monitor the safety and security of all hotel guests, staff, and property
- Prepare detailed shift reports and incident summaries for review by senior management
- Ensure all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to during the night shift
- Supervise and support overnight team members to maintain service excellence
- Liaise with department heads and General Manager to ensure continuity of operations across shifts
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in hotel operations, ideally in a supervisory or night management role
- Strong understanding of front office systems (property management system knowledge preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Hospitality or business qualification preferred

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
