About the Role
The Emperor Group of Companies is seeking a committed and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead the operations of our boutique hotel in Jaro, Iloilo City. With approximately 30 rooms, this role is ideal for a proactive, hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving team success and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, staff scheduling, maintenance, and food service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of hotel staff
- Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service and operational standards
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and support effective promotional campaigns
- Contribute to business development and brand-building efforts to strengthen the hotel’s market position
- Promote a professional, team-oriented work culture focused on accountability, growth, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business course, or any related course
- At least 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Well-versed in hotel management, with expertise in operations, budgeting, staff coordination, and guest relations.
- A pleasing personality and a professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- A team player with strong leadership qualities and a willingness to be trained and continuously improve
- Proven ability to set and achieve KPIs that support both operational success and customer satisfaction
