- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas
- Change bed linens and make beds according to hotel or facility standards
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures
- Replenish toiletries, towels, and other room amenities
- Empty trash bins and remove waste to designated areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning carts and storage closets
- Follow health and safety regulations and infection control policies
- Ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned to quality standards within time limits
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns in a courteous manner
- Handle lost and found items according to property procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors for efficient workflow
