What you'll be doing:
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect all assigned patient rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces according to hospital protocols
- Replenish supplies such as linens, towels, soap, and other amenities in a timely manner
- Assist in the disposal of waste and soiled linens, following proper procedures
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with the nursing and facilities teams to ensure a cohesive and well-coordinated cleaning schedule
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory levels
What we're looking for:
- Prior experience as a hospital housekeeper or in a similar role within the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and disinfection techniques for healthcare facilities
- Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php9,461.00 - Php9,500.00 per month
