Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Generalist/Supervisor specialized in Human Resources and Admin or equivalent.

- design, develop and implement HR / people initiatives and programs
- develop an effective HR policies, HR strategy, and HR governance
- provides coaching , guidance and tools on people related matters
- working strategically to embed best HR practices
- manage the end to end annual performance
- create and embed targeted value proposition to attract and retain talents
- Has demonstrated successful HR Managers experience in previous companies
- Has experience with transformational change initiatives
- Result oriented
- Very strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Collaborative with all levels in the organization
- With strong proficiency in MS Office including excel and PowerPoint
