We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide essential support to our HR Head across payroll, HR systems, employee communications, and compliance reporting. This role requires accuracy, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will also act as the first point of contact for routine HR inquiries whenever the HR Head is unavailable, ensuring the team remains organized, responsive, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Enter, review, and troubleshoot timekeeping data.
- Assist with weekly and monthly payroll processing
- Maintain HR records and compliance documentation
- Daily Reports – Documented completed, ongoing, and pending tasks with remarks and verification notes.
- Weekly Reports – Consolidated summary of HR activities, employee concerns, recruitment updates, manpower status, branch OTs, and disciplinary actions.
- Monthly Reports – Prepared a report covering HR activities, recruitment progress, total OTs, and consolidated list of employees who received NTEs and memos.
- Attended meetings, prepare minutes, as well as sharing copies in the Weekly Meeting group chat.
Employee Support
- Respond to inquiries
- Escalate complex concerns to the HR Head as needed
Recruitment & Communications
- Prepare job descriptions and manage postings on platforms like Indeed
- Coordinate candidate screening schedules with HR Head
- Publish updates.
Performance & Planning
- Track performance review schedules
- Provide support for HR planning initiatives and leadership events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
