Job Responsibilities:
- Manages recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interviews, and documentation
- Coordinates with manpower agencies for staffing needs
- Handles timekeeping and attendance monitoring
- Responds to employee inquiries (e.g. clearance, employment status, timekeeping)
- Assists in employee programs and company events
- Performs other HR-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Preferably with 6 months HR (recruitment) experience
- Fresh graduates with OJT experience in recruitment are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
