MANPOWER SOURCING AND PLACEMENT
- Knows and understands the processes and procedures in recruitment – PR control, PAN budgeting, screening interviews, test administration, background checking, evaluation of applicant qualifications, and other SOPs.
- Initiates strategies to fill up BU vacancies adequately.
- Screens and ensures that all supervisory / managerial candidates meets all basic requirements and qualifications prior to referring them for further evaluation.
- Ensures that all new hires are given adequate Company Orientation prior to deployment.
- Ensures the accuracy and correctness of all employee information prior to turnover of records and documents.
MANPOWER BUDGET AND CONTROL
- Monitors and controls manpower counts of BU support groups being catered to and makes sure it is updated, maintained, and secured.
- Ensures that all employees being hired are within the approved manpower budget.
REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prepares statistical reports on interviews conducted, store manpower budget and variances.
- Prepares the list of new hires and outstanding vacancies with aging.
- Prepares the summaries of new hires, promotions, transfers, and separations.
WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
- Work schedule is 5 days / week, Compressed Work Week
- Must be willing to travel for store visits and hiring activities nationwide
BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING
- Good knowledge and understanding of the operations and business trends. Comprehends the business competition and the effects on the business.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Psychology or any business-related course.
- At least with recruitment experience in a service-oriented company

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
