Overseeing the final pay process of separated employees
Representing the company in administrative hearings, and acting as the official company representative in DOLE proceedings, including SENA and NLRC
Ensures compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and legal requirements, while maintaining effective communication with external labor agencies and internal departments.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Legal Management, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in labor relations, HR compliance, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, particularly on termination processes, final pay requirements, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues professionally.
