HR COORDINATOR
Job Function:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating effectively with the hotel’s HR clients. Key tasks include monitoring assigned staff, recruiting and hiring based on available positions, and conducting applicant interviews. The role also involves overseeing manpower operations, coordinating directly with the main office, handling timekeeping, and preparing staff schedules.
Qualifications:
- Must be a resident of Iloilo
- With experience in HR functions
- Knowledgeable in handling staff
- Willing to work onsite at a four-star hotel near SM City Iloilo Complex, Benigno Aquino Jr. Avenue, 5000 Iloilo
- Willing to start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
