HR Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any HR Related course. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory experience in Human Resources.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in HR Services in a University setting.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent planning skills and results oriented.
• Excellent to superior communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust with staff at all levels, directors, and unit heads.
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
• Practices a high level of confidentiality.
• Must be willing to be assigned in NU Cebu.
