HR Field Coordinator
Area: Laguna and Batangas
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative and logistical support to a company's HR department, handling a variety of tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. They act as a crucial link between employees and the HR department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications:
* Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource or any Bachelors degree
* Open for Fresh Graduate
* With basic knowledge in HR Facets
* Has good communication skills
* Must be computer proficient
* Can work with minimal supervision
* Can do a work from home set up
* Willing to do field work for Laguna and Batangas Area
* With motorcycle is an advantage but not required
* Can report to Ortigas at least 3x a month
Walk in applicants are also welcome. Our Office is located at Tektite Towers, Ortigas Center Pasig City. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php18,127.92 per month
