Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes new hire orientation and employee engagement programs.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintains database of employee records as well as manages the company’s human resource information system (HRIS).
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation and benefits, orientation and training, occupational health and safety, and employee engagement.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Human Resource Manager

- HR competence and knowledge of HR processes and computer programs
- Performs work accurately and thoroughly. Has regular and consistent attendance. Reliable and personable; enjoy working with a diverse range of individuals and ensuring employee requirements and needs are met first
QUALIFICATION
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform such essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION
Must be a B achelor’s degree holder in Psychology, Human Resource Development and Management, or its equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Must have at least 1 -2 years of relevant HR experience
Experience in using HR software and HRIS database is an advantage
Above average working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, W indows Operating Systems, Browser s /Search Engines, Social Media, and all other Websites
