- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Atleast 1 year of experience in HR and payroll processing.
- Solid understanding of payroll principles, federal and state employment laws.
- Experience with payroll systems .
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
