- Lead and mentor a team of HR Officers across Recruitment, ER, C&B, and Admin
- Oversee HR operations—from onboarding to exit
- Handle Employee Relations cases and ensure due process
- Manage payroll, government benefits, and compensation policies
- Support strategic initiatives like manpower planning, engagement, and performance management
- Ensure full labor law compliance and HR process consistency
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or Business Admin
✔ 5+ years of HR experience (with at least 2 years in a leadership role)
✔ Solid background in Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits
✔ Strong communicator who can deal with executives and staff alike
✔ Organized, confident, and proactive in solving HR challenges
✔ Bonus: Experience in a growing or dynamic organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
