Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions and other HR-related programs.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team efforts.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and handle confidential information appropriately.
