Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in human resources operations and practices. As an HR Intern, you will assist our HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
