Our company is currently looking for interns for the Human Resources and Administration Department. The HR Intern will assist in recruitment and admin tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in other clerical tasks such as filing and sorting
- Recruitment: Source candidates
- Conduct paper screening and perform interviews
- Schedule candidates for exam and interview
- Assist in test administration and check their assessments
- Encode applicant's data in a database
- Employee relations and engagement: Assist in any HR activities and/or events
- Perform other assigned tasks from time to time
Degree Program:
- Human Resources Management or BS/BA Psychology
- Or, any equivalent degree program
Other Qualifications:
- Hours to render: minimum of 150 hours
- Must be willing to work onsite (Makati City)
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Above average communication skills
- Organized, resourceful and a team player
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must be presentable and with pleasing personality
- Willing to start immediately
