HIRING: HR Manager – Food Manufacturing Plant
Location: Victoria, Tarlac
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic HR Manager to support our fast-paced Food Manufacturing business unit. This role oversees the full spectrum of HR operations at the plant level — from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance. You’ll play a key role in aligning people strategies with business goals while ensuring a productive and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the site
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for plant operations
- Supervise and guide HR staff assigned to the plant
- Oversee training, development, and performance management initiatives
- Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and support payroll coordination
- Resolve employee relations issues in compliance with labor laws and company values
- Partner with production heads to forecast manpower needs and improve employee engagement
- Prepare HR reports and participate in audits and compliance reviews
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- With at least 3 years of solid HR experience including 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and ISO compliance is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Willing to be assigned onsite in Palac Palac, Victoria Tarlac
