- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related course.
- With at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position with extensive experience in handling General HR functions and a strong exposure in Recruitment, Employee/Labor Relations, HR Process Improvements, Training & Development and HR Administration.
- Performs a variety of responsible and complex technical and administrative duties relating to HRD functions and programs.
- Provides information and assistance to employees regarding human resources activities, processes, policies and procedures.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with employees and members of the HR Team.
- With excellent interpersonal skills and high customer orientation
- Has sense of urgency and passion for excellence
- Applies critical thinking and able to integrate concepts and formulate sound recommendation
