Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a Managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
- Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment
