Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Handle employee relations, policies, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Proficient in MS Office
