BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any 4 year related course
- with at least 1 year experience
- with experience with preparing Payroll and Government payment such as SSS, Philhealth & HDMF
- with experience of monitoring employees from time to time
- Resilient, resourceful and able to multi-task
- Can start as soon as possible
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Developing programs that enhance employee relations
- Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits
- Delivering compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team
- Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
- Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
- Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
- Recording and processing confidential information
- Daily monitoring of employees
