- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR Department.
- Perform related tasks as assigned.
- Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, including the issuance of IDs and uniforms.
- Maintain employee records, such as 201 files and payslips, and process HR-related documents like disciplinary actions and leave forms.
- Monitors office supplies
- Manage timekeeping responsibilities.
- Monitor monthly tardiness and leave records.
- Draft and issue tardiness memos.
- Oversee the monitoring and distribution of office supplies.
- Support employee engagement activities and company events.
- Assist the HR Manager in addressing employee concerns and coordinating HR-related inquiries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
