Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related fields
Atleast 1 year of work experience (fresh graduate may try)
Strong Organizational, communication and intapersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition/Management, Employee Relations and Timekeeping and Benefits:
- Lead end to end recruitment processes and ensure timely hiring
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation and employee training program
- Manage employee records, benefits administration, and goverment compliance.
- Handle timekeeping, attendance and payroll
- Address employee concerns
- Maintain HR reports, records and ensure timely submission of refulatory requirments
- Receives, verifies, and processes forms and documents for Benefits administration such as SSS/HDMF loans, sickness, maternity, PHIC, BIR updates & other related government and regulatory documents.
- Participates and represents the school division in job fairs & other recruitment programs.
- Coordinates with the Talent Acquisition and Timekeeping & Benefits Section issues pertaining to recruitment and timekeeping respectively.
- Attends to queries and grievances of employees; handles due process for minor cases and forwards incident reports (serious & grave cases) to HR Head Office for processing.
- Facilitates employee clearances in coordination with the respective signatories and submits such to Payroll for final pay processing.
