- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- 2-3 yrs experience in the same role and capacity
- Experience of working in a varied administrative role involving extensive dealing with employees.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge on Payroll and Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- To serve as Training Assistant to HR Manager during Trainings
- Experience with Training or Onboarding process, Experience with recruitment is a plus
- Can Handle Labor Relations and other DOLE Transaction related to Employment.
- Other duties as assigned
