JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
- Timekeeping
- Handles grievances and other employees concern
- Documentations and 201 filing
- Assist in all internal and external HR related inquires or request
- Submit Daily reports ( attrition, and attendance)
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database
- Perform onboarding and update records with new hires
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate in any business related course
- Willing to be assigned in Gateway Business Park, Manggahan Gen. Trias Cavite
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in HR
- With background in HR facets such as Payroll, Time keeping, Issuance of Disciplinary Action, Deployment, Scheduling and other matters
- With strong personality / can handle pressure / with effective communication skills
- Can multi tasking and organized
- Knowledgeable in excel and basic computer application
- With complete requirements especially mandatory benefits
- No visible tattoo
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,500.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
