Position: HR Operations Officer
Work Setup: Mon to Fri – Onsite, Sat - Remote
Job Description:
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Process accurate and timely payroll in coordination with Finance, ensuring statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, leaves, and attendance.
- Handle enrollments, updates, and concerns related to government-mandated and company-provided benefits.
- Ensure employee payslips, COEs, and final pay are prepared correctly and on time.
Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Implement and enforce HR policies, processes, and company rules in alignment with labor laws.
- Regularly review and recommend policy updates based on legal changes or internal needs.
- Coordinate internal audits, compliance checks, and documentation for DOLE or regulatory inspections.
Benefits Administration
- Administer government-mandated and company-provided benefits.
- Coordinate HMO, uniform, ID issuance, timekeeping system access, and other admin requests.
- Update and maintain employee records and 201 files.
Employee Relations & Disciplinary Cases
- Act as the first point of contact for employee complaints or workplace concerns.
- Conduct investigations on policy violations or behavioral incidents.
- Draft NTEs, memos, and disciplinary documents in coordination with HR Manager.
- Support managers in handling performance or behavioral cases, but not development programs.
HR Administration & General Support
- Manage HR documentation, tracking sheets, and compliance checklists.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics (e.g., IDs, locker, biometrics)
- Assist in other HR audits, process improvements and functions as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or employee relations role
- Strong understanding of employment laws, workplace policies, and conflict resolution techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to remain objective and fair in challenging situations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
