Job Summary
The HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition position is responsible for the sourcing, screening and selection of qualified candidates within the prescribed turnaround time.
Ensure timely endorsement of all required documents for proper employee on-boarding and proper client and candidate management.
Qualifications
▪ Must be a Graduate of any Four-Year course preferable Psychology, Behavioral Science and or Human Resource Management.
▪ At least with 2 years experience in handling end-to-end recruitment.
▪ Experience in the Retail Industry a definite advantage.
