QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must be graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Development related course.
- Experience in onboarding process, employee relations, and performance management is highly desirable.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all HR activities.
- Must be computer literate, with good communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal), must be able to handle employee concerns.
- Willing to work as soon as possible in Makati.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and post job ads online or on air
- Review resumes and applications to ensure that all required information is included
- Screen applicants by conducting phone interviews to determine interest in the position and qualifications for the job
- Schedule interviews with candidates based on manager or supervisor availability
- Contact applicants to confirm interview appointments and send reminders as needed
- Prepare reports on candidate interviews and hiring decisions and updating applicant tracking systems with new information
- Conduct reference checks to verify information provided by candidates
- Follow up with candidates after interviews to thank them for their time and interest in the position
- Maintain candidate database
- Assist with the new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php19,600.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
