Qualifications:
1. Graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA HRDM, or any related course.
2. With at least 1 year experience
3. Can handle all facets of HR (i.e. Recruitment, Timekeeping, Compensation & Benefits, etc.)
4. With good organizational and motivational skills.
5. With good oral and written communication skills.
6. Computer literate with at least average skills in using MS office.
7. Details and result-oriented
Job Description:
1. Recruitment end to end process
2. Database management filing & maintaining employee's 201 files
3. With background in Timekeeping preparation and handling grievances.
4. Familiarity with laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
5. With knowledge in Compensation and Benefits
Other requirements:
1. Can start immediately
2. Willing to be assigned/relocated to Calamba, Laguna.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,500.00 per month
