Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR practices, recruitment procedures, and labor law, with an ability to handle multiple HR Functions efficiently. The HR Staff will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and staffing processes, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers.
- Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Administer payroll,benefits, and other HR-related programs.
- Process and submit government remittances and statutory contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and employment best practices.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Job Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent
- Working knowledge of recruitment procedures
- General knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Basic understanding of labor law and employment best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related software
- Knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and government remittances.
- Basic Occupational Safety & Health training is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Applicant must be willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month

- Cabuyao City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
