Basic Function:
Recruiting: Advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified candidates; coordinating and attending career fairs; screening resumes and applications for suitability; conducting initial screening interviews, both telephone and personal; making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate recruitments; prepare jobs announcements and advertisements; administer initial interview; notify candidates of application/employment status and prepares manpower bank list of available applicants.
- Coordinate with the PESO offices for possible Job Fair per region
- Directly supervises all recruitment and manpower needs from Visayas and Mindanao.
- Search and analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements.
- Provide company orientation for newly hired employees.
- Prepares and create 201 files of newly hired employee which includes the following:
- Completion of all the necessary requirements such as NBI, Police clearance, Medical, COE, Tax Identification Number, Philhealth, SSS, HDMF number, etc.
- Creation of contract, appointment letter, cash bond notice, acknowledgement of training, Employee I.D, etc.
- Create, provide and assist newly hired employees in securing ATM Card from the payroll servicing bank.
- Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions; introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors if possible
- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them.
- Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
- Provide assistance in communicating information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes and government-mandated disclosures.
- Maintain a record of all Compensation and Benefits employee movement such as promotion, regularization and merit increase/salary adjustment.
- Partners with Area Coordinator and other concerned departments in solving employee manpower/ recruitment issues.
- Communicates regularly with the Senior HR Officer on maintaining knowledge of challenges, areas of improvement, and any concerns.
- Makes recommendations to improve processes
- Provides feedback to the management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
- Prepared relevant reports as needed
- Accomplish another task as may be assigned from time to time
- Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the said position.
- Willing to be assigned at Unit 3, Centro Fortuna Building, A.S Fortuna St. Mandaue City. In front of Golden Brew Marketing Inc. near Hyundai.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,300.00 - Php15,800.00 per month
