We’re Hiring: Hotel HR Supervisor – Boracay
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Supervisor to join our hotel team in Boracay. This role will oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support the hotel in building a strong and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads in handling employee concerns.
- Oversee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination.
- Implement employee engagement, wellness, and retention programs.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist in disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course.
- With at least 3–5 years hotel/resort HR experience, including supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- People-oriented, approachable, and trustworthy.
- Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
