JOB DESCRIPTION:
We seek an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team and take charge of various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage various HR processes, including but not limited to Pag-IBIG and SSS applications, coordination of employee-related tasks, documentation preparation, and handling government agency compliance. The HR Supervisor will be crucial in maintaining efficient HR operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and manage SSS, BIR, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG enrollment and separation reports
Process all SSS and Pag-IBIG benefits applications promptly and accurately.
Coordinate health insurance processing and efficiently schedule Annual Physical Exams.
Prepare periodic reports with DOLE and CDC in a timely and precise manner.
Adhere to and enforce compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) issues, concerns, and document submission requirements.
Disseminate information on performance expectations, conduct evaluations, provide coaching, and issue Notices to Explain to employees.
Conduct one-on-one sessions with employees, addressing diverse concerns related to employee morale; facilitate exit interviews.
Update the Incident Report Sheet for employee-related incidents.
Ensure the accuracy of the Employee Masterlist containing comprehensive salary information.
Manage and update talent matrix reports to facilitate the assessment of salary increases and promotions.
Accurately prepare the necessary documentation for salary adjustments and promotions.
Facilitate the documentation process for both employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Collaborate with IT to manage seat movements and maintain documentation on remote work, in-office work, and employee data.
Manage and address office facilities-related matters in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on the listed responsibilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws, government regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
