JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment & Onboarding
1. Oversee and responsible the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection.
2. Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
3. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations & Compliance
1. Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts.
2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
3. Maintain employee records and oversee HR documentation.
4. Handle attendance monitoring and disciplinary actions if necessary.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
1. Oversee and responsible for payroll processes and ensure timely salary disbursement.
2. Manage employee benefits including leaves and health and accident insurance.
3. Manage employees timely monthly remittances of contributions and/or loan payments to SSS, HDMF and PHIC.
Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required.
2. Proven working experience as HR Supervisor with minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Has basic knowledge of labor laws
4. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
5. Must have intermediate computer skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, general word processing, etc
6. Strong written and oral communication skills
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
10. Can start ASAP
11. Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
