HR Workforce Planning Assistant
Job Purpose
IWG recognizes the need for a flexible workforce to remain attractive for her employees and ensures it continues to offers the best service to her clients when and where they need. In order to transisiton into a more flexible workforce IWG is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Workforce Planning Assistant to support our workforce planning team. In this role, you will assist with data collection, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure effective staffing strategies. Your contributions will help optimize workforce efficiency and improve decision-making for future talent needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and organizing workforce data, including employee headcount and staffing trends.
- Help coordinate workforce forecasting efforts by compiling relevant data.
- Track and report on market trends affecting workforce planning decisions.
- Provide administrative support for workforce planning meetings and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure accuracy in staffing projections and organizational changes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn workforce planning fundamentals.
- Bachelor's degree (or working toward one) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is a pro
