Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRAD Staff member to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources and Administration department. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge in payroll processing, administrative functions, and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations. This role will involve assisting with employee-related services, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Assistance: Support the preparation and processing of employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment status, and compensation details.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to DOLE regulations by maintaining accurate documentation and submitting necessary reports and requirements as per labor laws.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and handling initial communication with candidates.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including leave management, health insurance, and other entitlements.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as organizing meetings, preparing reports, and assisting in employee onboarding processes.
- Coordination with Government Agencies: Communicate with relevant government bodies for compliance-related matters, such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE.
- Employee Relations Support: Help with maintaining positive employee relations by addressing general inquiries and assisting in resolving basic HR issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
- Familiarity with DOLE guidelines and labor laws.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.
