1. Administrative work
· Serves as initial liaison by securing necessary permits, registrations, and licenses of the company
· Supporting HR & Admin Manager in maintaining company vehicles and office premises
· Requisition and monitoring of Company utilities
· Perform administrative duties such as maintaining employee database & company equipment, and vehicle database for the HR and Admin Department
· Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR & Admin department
· Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including employee leaves
2. Recruitment & Selection
· Submit online job postings & other mode of recruitment, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
· Secure forms to facilitate screening of potential candidates for specific role and/or vacancy
· Conduct initial interview to qualified applicants and endorse to the hiring manager
· Facilitate background check and secure 201 requirements for filing
· Maintain updating of applicant trackers
· Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
3. Compensation & Benefits:
· Record attendance of employees for Payroll
· Prepare and monitor employee government contribution payment
· Assigned to do some field work if needed to process HR matters especially queries in SSS, PHIC, & HDMF
· Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
