Job Purpose:
The HR Admin Assistant will be focusing on files management such as segregation, proper filing, and proper safekeeping of all Human Resource documents.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures the completeness of the pre-employment requirements received from the new hire.
- Assists in the onboarding of new employees by ensuring the completeness of pre-employment requirements. preparing the onboarding kit, conducting the company tour.
- Data management: 201 file and HRIS
- Experience in government agency contributions and remittances
- Processes the company benefits for the employee promptly
- Manpower outsourced coordination and oversight
- Assists in all the Club’s employee engagement programs
- Performs other HR related tasks assigned by the HR Manager
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably any Behavioral Science or business course.
- With at least one (1) year of working experience in Human Resource.
- Can handle information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
