- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 3 years related work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and management skills

Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a resource / provide assistance in all recruitment-related activities and employee onboarding.
- Day to day HR and administration activities including but not limited to safekeeping of employee records and paperwork.
- Prepares governmental reportorial requirements (SSS, HDMF, PHIC)
- Handles all employee benefit and employee welfare.
- Assist in establishing human resource and administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintain safe, secure work environment and ensures operation of all office supplies and equipment.
- Helps with the implementation of company services, policies, systems, guidelines and programs.
- Compensation and benefits
- Timekeeping of probationary, contractual and project employees.-Monitoring of leave credits.
- Processing of government mandated benefits (SSS, HDMF, PHIC, TIN)
- Coordination with HMO Provider.
- Recruitement-Posting of job opening/ vacancy.
- Coordination with applicants.
- Conducts initial interview
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
