Primary Accountabilities:
· Oversees, directs, organizes, administers, conducts and measures HSE Programs meeting or exceeding client requirements.
· Ensures that CBRE and Client’s HSE policies are proactively implemented and supported
· Ensures that all regulatory reporting is submitted in timely manner
· Develops, improves and implements HSE policies and procedures customized to the account
· Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices and develops HSE controls
· Design and prepare all HSE training program for employees at site according to applicable regulations, CBRE and Client requirements
· Develops HSE induction system for vendors/suppliers at site
· Investigates incidents in conjunction with line and facility staff personnel. Works with line organization, the local office, and the Account Lead/Facility Manager to manage worker’s compensation cases
· Provides injury/illness and near miss reports for accuracy and completeness. Manages injury/illness information database and uses information to perform trend analysis
· Recognizes significant trends through statistical review and develop strategies for addressing those trends. Provides timely reporting of statistical information to account management, local office HSE
· Coordinates performance of safety audits and assists the Account Lead/Facility Manager with correcting deficiencies. Develops guidelines for audits and reporting results in line with the systems program
· Assess new developments and regulations applicable to environment, health and safety field and implement its changes applicable to the business
· Supervise management of all hazardous waste and maintain records of same and evaluate all environmental permits
· Monitor all conservation and protection programs and prepare status report
· Carries out any other instruction or any matters pertaining to environment, safety and health

· Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
· Train and supervise security officers and guards
· Coordinate with Client for the security operations for specific events
· Coordinate with ERT and Client Crisis Management Team when responding to emergencies and alarms
· Review daily reports, incidents, and breaches
· Submit security reports to region and attend monthly security meetings
· Advice GRE team members on the pandemic planning, practices to be followed
· Track the statutory documents & ensure they remain up to date
· Management of evacuation drills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder (Required)
- Must have COSH Certification (Required)
- At least 2 to 3 years' working experience as Safety Officer 2 or Safety Officer 3, preferably in the construction industry

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
