1、Manage and oversee daily operations of the hub in Manila, ensuring smooth logistics and warehouse processes.
2、Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
3、Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their performance and productivity.
4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, customer service, and transportation to align on goals and optimize the supply chain network.
5、Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and identify areas for improvement to drive continuous process optimization.
6、Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards within the hub.

2、Above 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a logistics or warehouse environment, preferably in an e-commerce setting.

4、Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
5、Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
