QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has excellent working knowledge in all facets of HR: Recruitment and Selection, Benefits Administration, Compensation and Analysis, Employee Relations and Training & Development
- Remarkable ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance, use reason even when dealing with emotional topics with ability to manage difficult or emotional employee situations; respond promptly to employee needs; and respond to employee and co-Department Heads for service and assistance
- Excellent technical knowledge in various human resource functions and communication skills, effective analytical and inter-personal skills.
- Knowledgeable in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures; Deep understanding and practice of Labor Laws and Code.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised and effective time management skills & able to prioritize tasks in order of importance
JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
1. Plan, lead, organize and control all activities in the HR department according to the vision and mission of the company
2. Achieve the company’s objective and goals for human resources through formulation and implementation of policies, identification of problems that can resolve into opportunities and be realized through effectiveness in human resources management and proper handling of employee / labor relations
3. Ensures that all established standards, rules, and regulations imparted during trainings, seminars and meetings are continually carried out by the employees in their respective work areas and throughout their employment with the company, including proper and consistent implementation by department heads and supervisors
4. Understands, explains questions on HR programs, policies and tools for managers and employees.
5. Assists in roll out of company- wide programs and initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, talent management, organizational change, and process improvement)
6. Partners with managers to prepare and complete performance reviews, bonus, and merit increase recommendations in alignment with company’s guidelines and policies
7. Understands assigned client group’s business plan and helps to identify impacts to talent resources
8. Supports special projects as necessary • Provides guidance to employees on queries related to the benefits programs
9. Administers internal and statutory benefits processing which include processing of employee application for benefits and updates information
10. Resolution of employee’s requests, queries and complaints while providing high level of service
11. Provide guidance to people managers in terms of Employee Relations, ensuring that due process and E2E requirements for discipline management is complied with.
