The Human Resource Officer (HRO) at Cozier Furniture Manufacturing Inc. will be primarily responsible for recruitment, labor relations and compensation activities within the company, in addition to handling various administrative tasks. The HRO will work on-site from Mondays through Saturdays to ensure the efficient functioning of HR operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment and compensation processes
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and/or independently
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications

- Conducting full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
